WHY ARE WE SUPPORTING LESBIAN VISIBILITY WEEK?
We at OVO are delighted to support Lesbian Visibility Week. We want to ensure we create a workplace that is welcoming for all and where everyone feels like they truly belong and are supported. We want to raise more awareness of the challenges faced by those of us who identify as lesbian and support people who want to come out in the workplace.
Visible role models are crucial to building an inclusive workplace. We are supporting this week to increase awareness and to encourage people to be true to themselves in the workplace knowing that they are valued and fully supported.
